Very welcoming pam was really nice and made us feel very welcome, and at home, accommodation very clean and comfortable and really looked after us by providing a really comfortable bed and everything we needed including fresh milk and goodies, our bed was made every day, fresh clean towels and room and bathroom cleaned every day, really enjoyed our stay, location was really good and would like to stay again in future 🙂

Lidls opposite and sainsburys 10 mins walk. Town centre, an easy walk downhill...20-30 mins but I use a stick! Room en suite shower, TV and fridge, kettle, towels and extra blankets if cold. Radiator Heating in room tho. Plenty of optional lighting choices. On main road that leads to the hospitals.

    This was an ideal location for us to use as a base to explore the Cornwall area. It was also just a 15 minute walk into the city centre and close to shopping if needed. The size was perfect for a couple and very clean, comfortable, private and quiet. The owner was available to give assistance if needed.

    The property is situated within an easy walk of the City Centre. The downside of the location is that it is on a busy main road with some traffic noise. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. An excellent and varied continental breakfast is served in the room with cereals, fresh fruit, juice, and pastries all charmingly served in a basket
