This has been the best place I have stayed at in India so far. It's very clean, the area is super quiet and the staff is so kind. They helped me to get some medical help when I needed and catered to my needs to get better quickly. I felt like I was staying with family.

Maa Durga is one of a kind! Vishnu is one of the most genuine, caring, kind,inspiring, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate humans we have ever met in India! Our room was perfect, we slept like babies, the water hot and pressure was awesome! Location is prime, right off the Ghats but still quiet enough to get all the rest you need! Vishnu is known for his delicious chai and heartfelt conversation! He knows everything and everyone in Varanasi and can help you plan and execute your adventures with a quickness.. He truly cares about his guests and genuinely wants the best for you! If you want to go on a real adventure ask him about his street food tour, so awesome!! Over all we loved our stay and will always choose Maa Durga and Vishna when we visit Varanasi!!! Thank you for everything!!!

My stay at Kashi Om Vilas Home Stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hospitality was exceptional, making me feel right at home. As the Architect behind its design, it was a proud moment to see the space so well maintained, thoughtfully managed, and beautifully experienced by guests. The hospitality was exceptional—warm, attentive, and detail-oriented, making the entire stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel is also well connected to all parts of Varanasi, yet offers a calm and peaceful environment that allows you to unwind.     Great location with beautiful Ganga views and a sweet garden. Rahul was a kind person and wanted to help us. Quiet spot away from the noise of the city, but also walking distance from restaurants and the ghats.

    Great location near the Assi Ghat and just off the main Varanasi road, so it's accessible by tuktuk. Food stalls and snack shacks on the doorstep and a wine shop just up the road. Charming staff, all part of the family, very helpful and friendly. Shared areas include two kitchens, a dining area with a small library and a roof terrace with washing lines for drying laundry. They own a motor boat that does morning and evening river trips plus a row boat for private journeys. Much cheaper than others are offering.
