Breakfast was decent. A lot of veg options which was good. Some of the staff were really helpful and nice. Special shoutout to one waiter at the Chowk Restaurant - Ashish! Exceptional service! You made us feel at home. Thank you for the extra care and being such a nice person!

    Book an evening cruise in advance; it's totally worth it. If possible, consider taking an early morning or evening boat ride from Assighat. One of the best places for meals and breakfast was Banarasiya. Don't miss the morning chai and makhhan toast at Laxmi Chai Waale – it's fabulous. For a good dinner, you can try Urga Restaurant & Cafe, and for a healthy breakfast, try Adha-Adha Cafe, located in the charming narrow lanes of Banaras, which are truly stunning. You can only reach here by walking, and you'll also find fabulous local shops along the way. We did some good shopping here and had a great breakfast at Adha-Adha Cafe (be prepared to climb two floors, but it's worth it). Additionally, have breakfast at Shri Ram Bhandar for local Banarasi food and sweets. The best way to travel is by Peddal Rikshaws or E-Rikshaws for close distances, and regular rickshaws or cabs for long distances.

    Varanasi is a holy city.

    Varanasi is a holy city. Kashi Vishwanath Temple .. there is nothing else to say. You have holy Ganga flowing by, very good street food, home for Banarasi sarees and dress materials. Would love to visit again and again.

    Come with sufficient time in hand. Beautiful city though a bit dirty. The ghats are excellent but plan your travel to them Food outside is quite cheap and tasty Dresses are also quite cheap, ask the local for places

    All the site seeing is good like temple, Dashshwamedh Ghat, Cruise but there is hell lot of traffic on the road. Lot of small crowded lanes. It is a must visit place which gives you positive vibes. Only flip side is the local people are very Greedy and dishonest near all the religious places They have made commercialisation of Temples and other religious places. Must try local food, chat items at Kashi Chat Bhandar and Dina chat Bhandar.

    Varanasi is very different city, people have different attitude very relax and chill. You will find different feeling near ghats and temples. Street food is awesome and one should must visit in his life, experience is all together different. Hope, i get a chance to visit Varanasi, sorry kashi ...ohh banaras every year.

    Try to wake up early and walk in the ghats or take a boat ride. It's too hot during the day, hence take rest in a cool place during the day and go out again at evening. Walk at Godhulia. explore places in Bengoli Tola. Dine in at the restaurants at the riverside. Travel. Enjoy your life.

    Very lovely staff that were incredibly helpful and happy to help. Really good food at any time of day which was a life saver after a long hard travel day. Really recommend an early morning boat trip booked through the hotel. Picked up at 5am and taken to a boat to see the morning ceremonies and the ghats coming to life. Best thing I did in Varanasi and very reasonable price and made easy by the hotel.
