This is by far the most clean place we have been to. Ever. The bed is amazing, airconditioner AND a fan, just in case. Spacious room, with also table for two. The whole place smells amazing, a there is a kitchen for use for all 3 rooms, and shelfs with boxes for each room to keep food. One can not use the oven, and this is understandable, but there is a microwave. Free coffe, tea, balcony on 2 of the rooms, the other one have acess to balcony in the kitchen. You can always reach the hosts on phone or message, they are very friendly and welcoming. Close to the beach, train station miramare is not far away. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely and very clean, beautiful terrace, the owner is really kind and nice. Air condition works perfectly. The beach is really close. Many restaurants and shops right next to the B&B. We had a perfect stay.

This place is AMAZING. The staff is super friendly and candid. They are always ready to help you out with a smile and are really well-manered. Also, there's the cuisine which is incredible. Gained two kilos in a week because I could not deny myself of that awesome Italian food! 😏🇮🇹🍝 Rooms were fine, double insulated which means any noise from the outside cannot reach inside, henceforth you do sleep peacefully. This place is two blocks away from the beach, which means you can just walk there and not worry about bringing your car with you. There's also the metromare (a sort of tramway) one block away, so transportation across rimini is easy. The area is safe, so you can just be carefree and relax around the area instead of being in battle mode as if it were a big city. Overall, this place has become my go-to whenever I visit Rimini.

The owner was kind, constantly asking if we need something. The locality was quite, room was clean and balcony was great bonus! Tge owner also allowed me to park my car in the garden. I gave 10 stars bcs I think the owner deserves it but there were a few dissapointments. But just to make clear, somebody wrote there were no keys in the rooms - we had our own key so it seems it is no longer an issue

The host was very communicative and flexible, she accommodated both an extremely late check-in as well as she allowed me to store my luggage in the premise at check-out. I appreciated the overall feel of my stay: from the room furniture to the breakfast, everything gave me a very welcoming homey feeling. The B&B is 10 minutes by foot to Rimini's Conference Center, 10 minutes to the historical center, and 20 minutes from the waterfront.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable as well as being at a very good location. The owner was very kind as well and the price to performance was very good for our short stay. Recommended!
