Very comfortable, very clean and a terrific location. Just a short walk to/from the train station or to food and town! Host was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and responsive. He offered so many suggestions for activities, food and more in the area. The fery outing we did per his suggestion was especially beautiful and fun. We decided to walk back to the property from one of the stops which gave us more opportunity to explore. Communication was simple, quick, and so helpful. We had a car, so parking upon arrival was tricky. It was difficult to find a space just driving around. However, our host was so helpful in suggesting a free, safe lot and a shortcut to the room from the lot. It worked out. Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very kind and helpful, giving us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean, and the beautiful garden was a lovely bonus. The breakfast was very good, and the coffee was excellent. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

A beautiful, peaceful complex with vintage luxurious feel to it. Huge rooms, beautiful garden, AMAZING view and a very private, safe 24 hour accessible available parking space. Fantastic place "town away" from Portofino, but Santa Margherita Ligure definitely stole our hearts with its seaside riviera and little streets with amazing local restaurants. The villa is also a walking distance from a train station and it takes a 40 minute train ride to Cinque Terre. 10/10 would definitely recommend and gladly would come back!

I liked everything about this property! Marco was fabulous, and so was Marianna. The additional parking was a real benefit, although the gate needs a little grease or oil. Directions provided for driving to and from the property were very helpful, due to the limitations on non-resident vehicles. Breakfast by the harbor was excellent, and I looked forward to it all three mornings I was there. My room was perfect, the shower was larger than many, with great water pressure, plus the make-up mirror, the tissue holder and a good hairdryer were added extras, which all accommodations should include. And the designated beach towels were also a plus, even though I didn’t use them.
