The location was beautiful; our deck looked directly over the ocean. Beach access was right there next to the rooms. Was quiet even though it is right off the highway. Centrally located just north of Newport and just south of Depot Bay. Peggy who works the office was amazing; friendly, sweet and helpful. We had a really nice time talking with her.

    We were told a specific time for breakfast and not asked if that worked for us. Breakfast plate of food was presented without telling us what was on the plate. No choices were given and compared to other B and B's this breakfast was just ok. You had to run to the Keurig to make your own coffee/tea.

    The building is older but kept up and clean. Our room was very quaint and cozy. The beach was directly off our balcony and there were stairs for easy access to the beach.
