We had a great one night stay. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The house is off the road and totally quiet. The locked garage for bike parking was very helpful as we were traveling by bike. We liked having access to the guest refrigerator for cooling down some drinks. Breakfast was huge and delicious.

We asked for a late arrival and there was no problem at all with that. The house is very nice, our room was very clean, comfortable and a very good size. We travelled with our oldest daughter so we asked for an extra bed. All was really good. Breakfast also really nice, we were offered champagne every morning. The house has a small pool (was closed as still not in season) and a pool house which was very comfortable and with everything you need to gather there. There was our daughters birthday and we were able to do a small celebration in the pool house, we brought a cake and everything else was there (glasses, cutlery, plates, etc.) we had some family joining. It was really nice to be able to be there. Definitely will book the same place if we travel there again!

It is set back from an already very quiet road and backs onto a nature reserve. I've never slept so well away from home before. My host, Paula was amazing as well. She messaged me on the day I was due to arrive and provided me with all the information I needed for my stay that I couldn't find online. She couldn't have been any nicer or any more helpful, picking me up when I couldn't get a taxi and dropping me off in town twice to save me getting the bus. Easily the best experience I have ever had staying away from home and I would recommend to anyone travelling to Genk, or indeed anyone who just needs a break from the rat race!
