I very much enjoyed the customer service beforehand and during our stay. There was a little bit of a language barrier in person, but as I had learned German in the past, I was able to understand the staff rather well. The lady at the reception was super helpful, sweet and really positive. I very much enjoyed how she interacted with me and my toddler. I would rate the breakfast 10/10 and the atmosphere even higher. The room was great and more than enough for the two of us staying there. The TV had a great selection of apps and we were able to watch everything we wanted, mostly Bluey though. It was a very enjoyable experience and I appreciate the staff!

Very clean, nice location metro within walking distance (3 min). Comfortable rooms and very nice stuff. They let us leave our baggage until 15.00 even though we left our room at 11.00.

Located in a quiet part of Lichtenberg in Berlin, this cosy hotel is just 500 metres away from the Nöldnerplatz city rail station, providing easy access to the city’s most popular sights. The room was impecable, so spacious and extremely quiet. We were surprised of the cleanliness, the confort and space! After 3 days our towels were replaced, even if we did not ask (we had a 8-day-stay). Will 100% come back. Check in was easy, location easy to find, there's a supermarket 5-10 mins from the Pension where you can have breakfast, close topublic transport station 5-10 mins depending on how you walk.
