From the moment I walked into reception I felt respected, cared for and like one of the Metropoli family, because the family spirit is what this hotel generates! Lovely clean room, modern bathroom, excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety to eat, mainly continental breakfast but also has boiled and scrambled eggs, frankfurters. Good tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the room itself was spotless and cozy. However, what truly made our stay special was the staff, who were incredibly kind and supportive, treating us like family. They went above and beyond by personally fixing our car when most of the local repair shops were closed for the holidays and others refused to help. We are deeply grateful for their assistance. We were welcomed by a charming lady who spoke excellent English. We were upgraded to a room with a patio. The room was spacious and immaculate. The air-con very efficient and it was over 30 degrees. Dinner was exceptional, for a small hotel they have a top-of-the-range chef. At breakfast we were a little concerned that it was not a buffet but ordered from a menu. The service was impeccable, the drinks arrived almost immediately. The juice was clearly freshly pressed and the coffee excellent. The food arrived promptly, my scrambled eggs were superb. It could not have been better. We could not recommend this hotel more highly.
