Our stay here was delightful. The host, Mary, was warm and gracious. The room comfortably sized. The bed was comfortable with crisp, white linens and live green plants made it feel personal. Appreciated the Netflix and Amazon Prime. The shower was shared, but appreciated the complimentary robes. And the breakfast provided options and was outstanding. I’d definitely highly recommend The Olde Anchor B&B.

Our cottage was really nice. Spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. 3 different options were available for breakfast, and the 2 we chose were delicious. The relax corner is great (beautiful cozy space with a big jacuzzi) and the possibility to borrow a canoe for a little paddling trip on the nearby lake was a nice surprise (we had not realized this was available before getting there). Our host were very friendly and flexible. We wish we could have stayed longer. Warmly recommended!

Tanja& Karl are such welcoming people. We were given a tour of the lake and the cottage when we arrived. Upon walking into our cottage the first thing we noticed was how clean the cottage looked and smelled so fresh. The cottage we rented was equipped with a toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, pots, bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, and utensils! Everything was just perfect and we cannot wait to come back.
