No breakfast (but none advertised) but we were left with some delicious fresh-baked muffins and cookies. Extra large bed. Every comfort you could wish for. It is a very quiet area and has nice gardens.

Plenty of room for two people. Had everything we needed, including washer and dryer. Well/equipped kitchen. We liked the height of the dining table, and spent a lot of time there. Host has thought of everything!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, giving us a tour of the property at check in and they escorted us to our room. Restaurants were recommended nearby and directions given. Continental breakfast was included with croissants, boiled eggs, toast, coffee, waffles, etc. Parking in front of the building, walking distance to the waterfront and town, clean and quiet rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Very nice host. Would definitely stay again!
