The apartment is well equipped to a high standard in a quiet location with a short drive to Lake Annecy. The welcome pack with drinks was very much appreciated. Off-road secure parking was a real bonus.

The apartment was fully equipped and spacious, very comfortable and easy access to public transport as well as a very calm neighborhood where you can walk without any problems. The apartment was spacious plenty of light and comfortable. The bedrooms were both of a good size and it was nice and warm as we stayed in October. The shower was spacious and had good pressure. The location was quiet and you had lovely views and a spacious balcony. It was great value.
