Lovely cosy cottage, everything we needed was there inc homemade baking and preserves. Lovely and quite location. All the finishes in the cottage were gorgeous giving it a very homely feel. Owners very welcoming and left us to relax but there if needed.

Lovely annexe very clean comfortable and modern. Loved the location very near to Ripon and fountains Abbey. Very comfortable bed. Lots of wildlife to watch in opposite field.. would definitely recommend and rebook another visit.
