It's a kind of a private guesthouse located above to the family house. The rooms are fully renovated with a great view. Very confortable and modern. You have access to a shared (with all the guests) living room + kitchen + bathroom + big balcony It was a very pleasant surprise. it's 10min walk from the monastery. Nice place to stay for a night on the way to Kazbegi for exemple.

It was near pretty nice local, Ananuri Fortress and lake there, so it was confortable to visit it early in the morning. Alao the host was friendly and helpful.

We are very happy to have stayed at the house of Badri and his wonderful family. The house is very cozy with a kitchen/living room and a large bedroom. The location is great, next to the Spar and a 5 min walk to the lake. We also loved hiking next to the river. We were traveling with a one year old and Badri made sure we had everything we needed for him - a bed, toys, high chair etc. I can really recommend this house for families - nice place to sit outside while the children are sleeping, room for the child to play etc. We felt very much at home. But the best part - Badri and his family. We got great recommendations on what to do around Ananuri but also in the rest of Georgia. It was a pleasure to speak to the family when we arrived/left, they’re the kindest people we’ve met in Georgia so far :) Highly recommended. We’d love to come again!

The place is just amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. The host spoiled us with free homemade wine, cooked us organic meals, played with my son, and even took us in his pickup truck to see the area. The compound was clean, green, with animals running around, cute things everywhere, and an amazing view. There's a vineyard!
