Awesome place! Awesome views and experience! Much better than on photos. And owners are the best I ever seen from my 30+ visited countries and years spent far from home. Highly recommend. Few notes for future guests: - Google maps easily gets you to the property, no need to follow special rote instructions which you receive after booking - only last 100-200m before you get to the house - you'll see the road coming left and right up, this two roads goes close to each other and google don't see them separate. So, take the road on the right, this is you private road to the house. - first floor consist of the kitchen with good equipment and dining/rest area. Second floor: sleeping rooms. - rooms are not very big, but it enough for a good sleep (good bed included) and each room has its own bathroom, which is cool when you travel in big groups - the house is much better than on photos, and the town/village nearby really cute with everything you may need, several big supermarkets just in that village In general it was super enjoyable, and the owners stayed in my heart..

We planned a family trip with kids and this house had the perfect combination of entertainment for grown-ups and kids. There are a lot of rooms and a lot of space to gather around and play games together (there were some assorted games in the house already). The house is well insulated - you can gather in one room while others sleep in different rooms without disturbing anyone. There's a baby chair and also a baby bed in one of the rooms. The infrared sauna and the jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing and the pool area has enough space for all to enjoy the sun. There's also a trampoline and a little swing. The BBQ is very spacious and you can easily prepare food for a lot of people at once. There's also a covered seating area outside, which is perfect in any weather. The communication with the owner was very friendly and easy. They even filled the pool a little earlier which was very convenient for us. The accomodation is additionally dog friendly. It was definitely a memorable holiday.

Amiable hostess. Fantastic private wine business with outstanding and delicious wine/sparkling wine. Though we stayed overnight on the way to the south we bought a box of wine. Strongly recommend staying at least overnight.

It is a beautiful gateway in nature and has all facilities you might need to fully switch off and relax. We had amazing walks all around Žumberak and we greeted New Year in outside jacuzzi which was exceptional. Our dogs were as welcome and fully enjoyed the fence space around the house as well as many walks we did. Marko is an amazing host, and we can only warmly recommend his property.
