It's a lovely cottage equipped with everything you need, and the location is unbeatable, immediate access to the sea is the best thing. Lots of beautiful walks around and the town of Kenmare is only a short drive away and has all the shops and restaurants.

We were in Ireland for 20 days so we wanted a variety of experiences. We chose this location because it gave us a chance to be alone for a while. No hotels, or B&Bs. It was a great place to recharge the batteries. Nearby places in Kenmare to buy food so it was easy making meals. Very quiet and peaceful location. Outstanding views. There is a golf course close by, but don't recall if it's open to non-members. Just off the Ring of Kerry with easy access to the ring.
