The proprietor lived in the complex. He was super helpful. The location was just off the Camino San Francesco which made it easy to get to.

The Agritourismo is in a beautiful, peaceful area with a pool and lots of outdoor spaces to sit. The room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom was nicely renovated. There was also a small common sitting area on the main level. The accomodation kept their restaurant open for us so we could eat dinner -we were pilgrims walking the Via Di Francesco. The accommodation is about 1.5km from town so other dinner options weren't convenient. The dinner was a set priced €25 for pasta, meat, side vegetable and dessert. We had a 1litre of house wine plus 2 fixed price for dinners for a total €59. A reasonable price given the quantity of food. Breakfast was plentiful with many sweets, yogurt, breads, jams, and coffees. Breakfast was served from 8:00-10:00 but another pilgrim couple left before 8:00 and were given a coupon to present at the bar in Poggio San Lorenzo for a coffee and pastry. The only downside to the accommodation is that the walls were very poorly soundproofed. We could hear everything in the attached room.

It's a wonderful place in a beautiful region with great mountains and we found a gorgeous lake. We loved the views and animales. The lady of the house was super friendly and helpful. The house was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. It was cosy and had everything we needed. The kitchen also. The garden was beautiful and the lady has beautiful cats. There is private parking within the gate, so the dog can walk freely. The lady was available and very sweet. She stayed on the bottom floor but wasn't bothered by our childrens noise. Our children enjoyed the garden and the pets and the mountains and at night the beautiful starry sky.
