This is by far the most exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were lovely, spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and beautiful. The best thing about it however was the host, who was absolutely lovely and treated our children like her own. This is a great property for families because there is so much for kids to do.

This property is very prettily set up, and great care is taken to keep everything welcoming (neat, pleasant to the eye, useful to the guests ; for example, the swimming pool remained open and attractive despite the fact nobody used it because of the coolness of the temperatures). There is space to be enjoyed indoors and outdoors. The family who runs it is attentive and helpful. You can take many interesting and beautiful day trips from this location.

We picked the keys up slightly before the check in time …we got there early from the airport and got lucky that the host was nice and the place was ready. The silence, the horses, the dogs, the cats, the parrots and of course the hosts made the stay quite amazing. We will return and recommend.

It’s very quiet, very clean and you are provided with almost everything you need. Also very thoughtful, there are screens on all the windows to prevent the many many insect from flying in. A nice B&B run by amazing people, Roberta made sure I was comfortable when checking me in, her husband Simone even accompanied me to the train station when I checked out, even though it’s only a 10min walk.

A beautiful little chalet with a front porch, which would have been wonderful had it not rained the entire time we were there. Quiet location, very close to the cycling path around lake Trasimeno. The town was easily reachable by car, offering spectacular views all around. The attention to detail has been exquisite, there was nothing we could have possibly missed. We found delicious sweets and an excellent red wine as welcome gifts, which was so touching! Great for longer stays as well. We even got a chance to feed a friendly local cat (with cat food also provided by the host!).
