This is a real paradise. A perfect place for a quiet and pleasant vacation. Overlooking a tremendous view. The place is far from the city center, which is actually what we were looking for. Claudio is a great host who is very attentive to guests, present and caring. We fell in love with the place and would definitely like to come back.

Everything but especially the view and that it was so well equipped. We had forgotten milk when we went to grocery store and they gave us some too. We used the olive oil etc they had in kitchen and a few bits that were in cupboards.

Bartolo has been a superhost. He devoted time to suggest me all places to visit in the island of Lipari. He also recommended me the boat tour of his friend Bartolo, and it was an excellent choice. The house and the room are nice, with a rural touch even it is very close to the road. It is a place only for people with their own car or moto, since it takes 15 minutes to get to Lipari village. There was place to park, but sometimes it was fully crowded. The breakfast was good - some fruit, jam, sweets... perhaps a little of juice would improve it. The place were it is served is nice. Air condition was working well; there is no TV (no need for me), perhaps a little more of light in the room would be OK. There is a fridge in the breakfast room to leave bottles and food. As a final courtesy Bartolo low me to take a last hour shower, which was very kind. 100% recommended for some days in the island of Lipari!

The apartment is recommended if you want an authentic island experience. The summer kitchen is perfect, just equipped with everything you need, you can even barbeque there! There is a nice terrace with a view for the sea and the hills. The host is very helpful and really helped with everything.
