This place was peaceful, relaxing, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Even the cats seemed happy to see us. It was so quiet at night and quite comfortable. The manager was very warm and accommodating and willing to answer our questions. The breakfast in the morning was very good, the facilities were clean, the bed was very comfortable. The view was outstanding. We were there in early May, so it was a bit too chilly for the infinity pool, but it looked very inviting.

We were a family of 4 people staying at two bedrooms apartment. The 1st floor is the kitchen and the 2nd floor is for the rooms. The site itself is spread over a big area. The served breakfast was ok.

The morning before our arrival we already realized that the guests are well looked after, because we received a message with precise directions (important to find the place!) and information about the surrounding area, the Valnerina (valley of the Nera River). On arrival we were immediately greeted very warmly in English by the owners and their son. The friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our entire stay, so we can only recommend this place for a holiday in the countryside. We also enjoyed dinner in the Taverna together with other guests. Not being a fan of Italian "colazione", I appreciated the offer for a non-sweet breakfast.

Excellent accommodations, staff, & proximity to Norcia. This is one of our favorite towns in Umbria. We came this year to see how they’re doing from the 2016 earthquake—-poor people, such a devastating shame. But we believe Norcia will be like a phoenix, & rise from the ashes. It just seems to be taking some time; but, thank God the Norcian people have resilience & perseverance.

The host was wonderful. They were very welcoming and helpful. Even though we had car trouble, they went out of their way to help us and get a mechanic there so that we could leave when we planned. And even though we didn’t have our car working, they drove us to a lovely restaurant. Also, we were able to walk to see the church of Santa Rita. Accommodation itself is in a quiet area, but well within each of the city. The breakfast and coffee were excellent, with all the sweets being made by the family themselves.
