Really good location and staff (Lin is wonderful), eclectic tastefully decorated interior. No electricity cutoff when leaving the room. There appears to be 3 dorm rooms and 2 doubles upstairs and one triple down (behind the cafe). All rooms are shared bath (there are 2 upstairs). I stayed 3nights in the downstairs triple, which was in the back, off the street, without a window, so was insulated from outdoor noise, but not stuffy. A/C worked great except the fan seemed uncontrollable: speed oscillated continuously (even in “quiet” mode) and since I’m a light sleeper, earplugs did the trick. Two light switches provided good lighting, and there is a switchable exhaust fan to vent and another fan to circulate air, but they aren’t necessary. The room has clothes hooks, sufficient space, and there’s a drying line on the roof. The bathrooms (upstairs) have the typical Asian shower that floods everywhere (squeegees are provided, but ignored by guests). Also available are 2 sinks and 2 toilet stalls downstairs (for cafe patrons?), so triple room occupants only have to climb stairs to shower. Overall a really nice clean place to stay.

Everything in the house was superb and well thought of by the owner in terms of the needs of the rental occupant. Fantastic and very comfortable and all the electricals were fully functioning well. House located at a non traffic location with a playground opposite and ample of parking place. Security wise was top notch. Beds were so comfortable with enough extra pillows, bolsters , blankets ,pillow cases etc. Bathrooms were clean n fully functional. We enjoyed the large screen tv with seemless internet conectivity with no lagging. Overall i would give a 10/10 ratings for this wonderful place

Curtains & windows all in working condition 3) Dining area + rumpus inviting, pleasing and comfortable. Lighting and furnishing in excellent condition 4) Kitchen All amenities in good working condition, utensils are clean and arranged in orderly fashion. 5) Washrooms In the toilet - all fixtures, taps & lighting working in good condition. No stains. No drips. Bath mat is available & spotless. No sign of stains or dust 6) Cleanliness General cleanliness of the whole apartment is at military grade. No complaints, no dust, no drips, no stains. No mat out of place, everything clean and well presented. 7) Detail The tastefully designed furnishings and decor . Childrens furniture, childrens play things and games for adults eg UNO, monopoly & puzzles. LED lights behind TV console. Table football games. All of which are well appreciated. Ashtray at the balcony is noted. Documentation on password for WiFi & tips on Taiping; exhibit care & concern for guests.

The location of the house is near to my planned program and relative. Cozy spacious house with 4 rooms. Gives my small family some personal spaces at night after a tired day. Toiletries, towels and internet provided. Quiet surrounding and occasionally you will hear neighbours chit chatting among themselves. Contactless check in and check out. Just to make sure you follow some house rules. Will book again for my annual program if the facility is still available.
