had booked the property for 1 week while letting them know that i was going to extend for 5additional weeks. as my family got there before me; they had electricity running; the internet was top and they gave them a show. so i extended for 5 additional weeks through booking.com. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I DID WAS AGREEING TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION WITH BOOKING.COM AND MAKE A BACKDOOR ARRANGEMENT WITH THEM AS THEY DID NOT WANT TO PAY THE BOOKING FEES. SO I CANCELED MY RESERVATION WHICH THEY PROCESS AS A FREE CANCELATION. Once i paid them and my money was transferred successfully into their account; THAT IS WHEN MY NIGHTMARE STARTED. THE CONSTANT ELECTRICITY DISAPPEARED. ONLY THE FANS; TV AND LIGHTS THAST HAD SOLAR IN THE LIVING ROOM WORKED. NOT ONE KITCHEN APPLIANCE WORKED AS THE KITCHEN HAD NO SOLAR CONNECTION. IMAGINE THE COST ON A FAMILY OF 5 HAVING NO FRIDGE TO HRLP PRESERVE OUR FOOD. ACCESS TO THE INTERNET BECAME A LUXURY AS WE HAD TO BEG FOR THEM TO CHARGE THE INTERNET CARD AS THEY ONLY DID 10GB AT A TIME
