Exceptional hospitality from checkin to checkout. We saw nothing but smiling staff at the reception desk and the restaurant. Although a smile costs nothing it's become a rarity these days. Thank you Kaiserhof team for making our holiday memorable. We look forward to coming back and staying with you again. Our little suggestion would be to add a fan in the room with the summers becoming unbearable.

Our stay here was excellent. The apartment was very clean. The attention to details was very good. Even though we did not request a child bed, one was present in the room when we arrived. The kitchen had child appropriate utensils. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The washing room was well equipped and had a washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and all things necessary.

We were greeted when we arrived and everything was explained very clearly (where to park, towel changes etc). A really bright and modern apartment with everything we needed on hand. A well-equipped kitchen was also really nice. It was no trouble to ask for something from the staff and the Sushi night was also very enjoyable. Small details like the guest book in the room was a very nice touch. It's a great, central location and everything is within easy reach by car or on foot.

I felt in love with this mountains !!! The magic is all around it!!! And the hotel wow .. exceeded my expectations ..absolutely stunning mountain views, amazing facilities, spa is wow ..simply magical ✨✨🥰🥰❤️delicious food!!! And the people are incredibly friendly, efficient, helpful, HAPPY, abundant, high-vibe, super loving !!!
