If you travel with a car or a motorcycle or a bike, this place is perfect to stay for couple of days. Gutshof is 20min from Fussen and 45min from Garmisch-P., easy to find and placed in a beatyfull valey. This self-service pension is easy to handle, you just take what you need and mark how much you owe on special cards - this only applies to food & drinks though! Table tennis is free, jacuzzi is free of charge - all you need to do is to book it. I liked that the room had small kitchen with all equipement and that room was really clean. Beds were comfortable. There was no real breakfast option, but you could order fresh bakery. If you really needed to see the owner - they were present in the morning. Good wifi.

Beautiful location! Just a few minutes from Neuschwanstein. So great to be in this beautiful area with incredible walks in the morning. The owners breed horses which were amazing. We got to interact with a 3-day old foal. Lots of space. Unbelievable view from the living room, kitchen and our bedroom. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions. They recommended High179, a 400 meter long suspension bridge 15 minutes away which was a blast! We would definitely stay there again. Note: Two of the pictures are taken from the apartment. Well equipped apartment with a lot of nice details and a very functional kitchen. Even the knives in the kitchen were sharp which is unusual in a rental apartment!
