My Son and I essentially had half a house to ourselves. The house is very new and clean, with spacious rooms, high ceilings and very well appointed. The breakfast options were a choice of 3 different cereals with milk in the fridge plus tea and coffee. The location could be a little tricky to find however the host was very helpful with providing detailed instructions and was able to facilitate our check in to the property remotely. We were only at the property for about 14 hours as we were attending an event at Ipswich and accommodation was very difficult to find. Grand Plaza is only an 8-10 minute drive with plenty of dining options and a large shopping mall which we found useful.

Lovely hosts and a very homey feel. They made us very at ease. Set in a nice garden. They are in a quiet, very residential area. Big breakfast and good coffee. The wood fire kept the whole house warm. The late 70s decor is charming.

We just stayed for one night. The room was OK. We were surprised that it has a small kitchen with fridge, dishes and cutlery. We had some problems checking in and finding the bar indicated on the directions. (the sign read that the hotel reception was somewhere else.) It turned out that the hotel was also a small casino which we had no idea about. However, the rooms were situated behind the hotel, where it was very quiet and peaceful. We didn't get any direction for checking out the next day. To our surprise all was closed in the morning. Somebody told us to leave the keys on the table in the room.
