The owners, Corinne and Bernard, were amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and comfortable. Bernard even helped us with fixing a flat tire! The breakfast we enjoyed each morning was superb, with Corinne’s freshly baked breads and homemade preserves, pastries (she noticed that we liked chocolate, so she got pain au chocolat for us and made us little chocolate cakes), cheese, meats, juice and delicious coffee. Our room was cleaned/refreshed every day, with great attention to detail. The property location was a 20 minute drive from our grandson and in a lovely, quiet area, so it was perfect for us. There was plenty of parking available on site and the grounds are lovely, reflecting a lot of time, effort and care. It was too cool to enjoy the swimming pool, but I’m sure we’d have used it if the temperatures had been warmer. Corinne and Bernard are warm, funny and kind, and it was truly a pleasure to spend 9 nights with them and get to know them a little.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Les Cazettes! The property has beautiful facilities and a lot of variation - during the day we would relax at the pool and we would have supper either at the pool area as well, or we would go to the magnificent garden or courtyard. Whilst the heatwave in France was quite warm, we were kindly supplied with some fans by our very friendly and kind hosts Nigel & Leigh. All the bedrooms were magnificent and there were plenty of bathrooms for all. The kitchen also had all the essentials we needed, which was ideal for self catering. All in all, we had a superb stay and we would definitely recommend!

There’s nothing not to like at this property. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Theo’s warm hospitality has as much to do with that as his incredible vision, practical skills and design sense. This is an amazing place and Theo is a superb host, providing for every little detail to make people’s stay here as comfortable and pleasant as can be. Our stay unluckily coincided with a heatwave, and Theo was quick to provide a parasol, adjust the hot tub settings to lower the temperature, and provide us with ample information for swimming spots and other activities to keep us entertained and cool in the extreme heat. Breakfast is brought to the cabin every morning at the agreed time, includes a selection of homemade and local treats, and always with a personal handwritten note wishing you a good day - a nice touch! An ideal destination for people who have nature and sustainability at heart and are looking for a special get-away. We can’t wait to be back!
