The room was good. Well appointed and big enough. There is no TV (in accordance with the philosophy of the place), but the wifi was good. The breakfast had a wide variety of jams/spreads/cereals, great stewed fruit etc. We enjoyed it each day. The surroundings are peaceful. Our bedroom had a moderate view (and a dirty window), ironically the bathroom had a great view. A lot of opportunity to interact with different guests. Coffee/Tea etc always available in room and the lounge. Dinner is sometimes available - it depends if there is a retreat or not eating there. It was very much homemade, buffet style but not much choice (and of course vegetarian). You need to ask ahead to make sure enough food is cooked - also ask what is being offered that night - the price is not low (27.50 for 2 courses). Some people we were there did not want the desert as it was not to their taste so I had three helpings without feeling guilty. The small village had no food offerings and more surprisingly the neighboring small town only seemed to have take-outs.

Very good breakfast with a good selection of foods for all needs/wants. It had a very central location with good parking nearby. The room was cute and very clean. Neil was a fantastic host, giving us suggestions and going out of his way to help out with a medical issue.

We loved the caravan! It had pretty much anything you would need. It was really comfy and felt spacious. Great living space and kitchen. Even provided a travel cot for us which was great. The view of the mountains was amazing. The Holiday Park itself is great too has a kids playground, swimming pool and small laundromat. It's a nice quiet area but still easy to access everything in the area. The host was fantastic, answers quickly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance as it was so lovely. We will recommend it to friends and family.
