Beautiful cottage in a very quiet area

The breakfast was fantastic, served hot and fresh by very friendly staff. The tea and coffee was spot on and a real bonus. The staff were very helpful and even though a member was off sick & left them shorthanded, you couldnt tell as they all worked very well together. The shower / toilet block was spotless, warm and tidy. we never made use of the washing machines however, they all looked in good shape & usable. The hut itself was perfect for our requirements and we would not hesitate to use again, if we get the oppotunity. We even managed to spend a days fishing, hiring out the complete kit from the tackle shop / reception, again the staff were very friendly and helpful to us both.

Absolutely loved the Airstream caravan ! Located on the edge of Southwater village a few miles from Horsham, it's on Chase Farm in the gentle and beautiful West Sussex countryside. The view from the decked area and sitting area outside is just stunning - overlooking sweeping fields and woods and utterly peaceful. Just the sound of birds - such as Buzzards - the wind, and far off sound of passing trains. It's an idyllic location and truly special. The caravan is beautifully furnished and fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The double bed is super comfy and I had a terrific sleep on the 4 nights I was there. And the sunsets are gorgeous.... really, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent location for visiting Knepp, Horsham and Leondardslee. Plenty of hiking trails around the surrounding countryside. Close to the pubs and shops of Southwater.

Stunning location amd very comfortable and well decorated room. Highly recommended if you want something away from the hustle and bustle.

The King's Head Inn was absolutely beautiful. Even though the rooms are over a pub, I arrived on a Friday night when the pub was busy with people, but when I went up to my room I couldn't hear any noise from the pub. There is a private entrance on the side of the pub to access the rooms which is lovely. The room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is also a small grocery right down the street. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough.
