Just amazing place! You use the whole house, there is no neighbors, no people around. Very relaxing! Just olive trees and nice garden! The house itself is very comfortable, 2 bedrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, big terrace, a big kitchen and there is everything you need! You feel not like you are renting it but it’s like your house! We would like to come back!

The house has everything you need: a kitchen, everything for cooking, a coffee maker, a grilled snack, beautiful dishes🍽️🍷, an outdoor grill, a cozy veranda, a bathroom, a hygienic shower, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner and much more! Powerful air conditioners 💪🏼 On the ground floor there is a kitchen-studio, a large dining table, a sofa for sleeping, a huge bedroom, TV, Netflix, a double bed and two sofas. Panoramic windows! On the second floor there is a bathroom and an office! Also access to a private veranda! All as in the photo! Near cafes, delicious food, seafood! The windows in the house are so good that not a single seagull will disturb your sleep 😅 The location is ideal for people with a car or for those who play sports! To the beach on foot 1 km or by car 5 minutes. Lots of beaches around. Perfect beaches and sea water. Shop within walking distance. From the center of Kavala by car 7-10 minutes. Kind, sympathetic, hospitable host Christos, always in touch and always happy to help, will answer any question! And most importantly, the villa is pet friendly🐾🐾!!! We are very grateful for everything that was offered to us for a great holiday! I recommend this place a thousand times!!!

Spacious flat with big terase and sea view and the sea breeze. We enjoed having breakfast and dinner on the terace. Parking in front of the building always available. 10 minutes by car from kavala city center.
