The Villa is beautifully set on a hill with a fantastic view. It's very peaceful and secluded. Everything looks like in the pictures. Contact with the owner was smooth. I would definitely recommend a stay there. We already miss the place and the fact that it's self-sustainable makes it even more attractive!

The villa is located in a very calm location, but close to the city and with easy access to nice beaches. The house was bigger than expected and had everything we needed. We were travelling we two infants and it was very comfortable. The patio and the pool are amazing. Big plus is that the host was very responsive, polite and helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely visit again.

Spiros was fantastic and has created a very nice hotel with great view and a swimming pool. The first night had organized a BBQ night for all the guests. The location is great being far from the hustle and quiet, but with all necessities nearby. Having the garden access too was a great addition making our stay very relaxed. The availability of the hosts, cordiality with which they welcomed us have been greatly appreciated and we cannot thank them enough.

There was a lot of room for the 6 of us and the house and garden in general are very stunning. It has also a good location (with a car a lot of places are in a 10-20min radius). The hosts are really nice people. They are very welcoming and helpful. They always gave us tips and advice on where to go, which beaches to visit and where to eat. All in all thanks to them our holiday was beautiful and we can only recommend everyone else to book a stay at Villa Elm.

When we arrived at the villa a basket of sweets and a bottle of white wine were waiting for us, and when the owner came to clean the pool he brought us a homemade cake which was unexpected and we felt fantastic.
