My husband and I attended a wedding at Ballymagarvey. The Stone Lodge was conveniently located across the street! Perfect location for people that attend that venue. Hosts Ann and Jenny were engaging and attentive to all our needs. They gave us great recommendations for local dining options which was extremely helpful The Breakfast provided was delicious. They served their homemade jams and bread. The pancakes were delicious. After breakfast we walked around the grounds to check out the fresh vegetable gardens and orchards. Room itself had a private bathroom and was set up as a cosy retreat.

Beautiful and comfortable. Good location to visit Newgrange and close to Dublin. We had to go to the airport the next day and it was easy to get to.

Its proximity to Brú na Bóinne, and fun design. We spent only a short night here so we didn’t make use of its facilities, but we did pop over to the pub, which is just steps away.

I loved that it was all self contained so I could heat my own dinner and have my own space. Bed was really comfortable too. Nice and close to Newgrange which I wanted to visit.

Location to Newgrange and the friendliness of the owners! We booked 2 nights so we could arrive at 6 am from Dublin airport and sleep until 1 pm!! then made the amazing tour to Knowth and Newgrange!
