Very nice location and room! Maurizia was a wonderful host! We really enjoyed the decor of the room and had a great view from our window of the surrounding hills and vineyards. Maurizia was very accommodating and prepared a really nice breakfast for us - I definitely recommended staying at B&B Magic!

It was an overnight stay, so we couldn't enjoy properly the facilities but for the price, everything was clean, smooth, and the staff lovely. We missed the breakfast because we woke up too late, and it's a shame because it looked wonderful. The location seems to be in a "business" area, so doesn't look that sexy, but it is quiet while still in a walking distance to very nice bars and restaurants, and 10mn from the city center.

This was a last minute booking due to attending an event nearby in Imola. The room was very clean and typical of hotels in the Italian countryside. Clean sheets and towels. Very traditional. View was lovely not that we stayed to enjoy it long.

The apartment was excellent - spacious, super clean and in a great location for exploring the area. Easy parking too. Breakfast was brilliant. We had a family emergency during our visit and Mauro and Barbara - our hosts- went above and beyond to support and help us. We cannot praise them highly enough.

Location is excellent, walking distance from Dozza e very quite with a nice view on the countryside. The house has been fully renovated, good size rooms, clean and tidy. Host was very kind and picked me up when I had problem getting a taxi.

The very nice and friendly host, Roberta. The wonderful location close to the beautiful Dozza and the very cosy and convenient appartment. Perfect base also for trips to Bologna, Ravenna, Ferrera, San Marino, Rimini, etc.
