The location was excellent - close to a main road but still very quiet. Everything that we needed was within walking distance - the beach, old town, and of course - tiella! Fabio was a lovely, accommodating host. The rooftop had amazing views of the city, mountains, and coastline - plus some clotheslines to dry your swimsuits after a long day in the beautiful ocean. I highly recommend this property if you're coming to stay in Gaeta!

Valentina the host is wonderful and the location is perfect, in the center, with parking near, feeling the sea but at the same time having anything you need around at walking distance. The entrance with Kitchen is really nice and furniture is lovely. Also the coffee machine in the room is fundamental for us :-D

Very clean and very close to the beach. Good AC. Good lighting. Beach is great. Very cheap to rent umbrellas and chairs for the whole family. Food very cheap as well. Taxi is 25 Euros to train station and the breakfast was good. Don’t expect American breakfast. Coffee and croissant. Good though.

Fantastic room in a great location. Clean , comfortable and private parking space. It was a few minutes walk to a fabulous beach , and 5 minutes into town.

An incredible experience from start to finish. The place is spotlessly clean, with a beautiful, comfy bed and a genuinely impressive bathroom that exceeded my expectations. The terrace is quiet and perfectly convenient, ideal for relaxing after a day out. But what truly made this stay special was the host's genuine warmth and availability. Like any great southern Italian host, they made us feel at home right away, always ready to answer every question with kindness and real sympathy. The apartment is very spacious and well equiped. Very clean and with modern design. Good airconditioning. Lovely basic breakfast on the roof terrace with freshly warm baked crroiassons. The smily host is full with information and tips. Good location 3 minutes walk from the sea shore 15 minutes walk from the beaches a little bit remote from the noisy croweds of tourists.

Spotlessly clean, very secure, convenient location for the old town (not the medieval town where very few visitors seem to go) and the beach. Tiziana was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Thank you.

Very friendly host. Lovely large, recently decorated room and bathroom. All spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Breakfast was on the roof terrace; cereal, croissants and delicious homemade sweet items. Location offered a number of places to have an evening meal nearby. The old town of Gaeta is a walk or short drive away and very interesting to explore. The alley where the B&B is located comes directly off the main coast road and parking is available nearby.
