The couple were so friendly and funny. They felt like old friends. The apartment was large, airy and so quiet. One of the highlights was the breakfast room. Looking out forever over the countryside. Full of sunshine and lovely arrangement of tables and facilities. I felt at home immediately.

We had a very good stay at Monica's one bedroom apartment. Visited Florence from there every day. We knew in advance that it would take some time to get to the city center from Impruneta and it did not bother us. The host was very hospitable and responsive.

The house is situated in a peacefull countryside with a beatiful view only 20 min away from Florence by car. Next to the apartment is a nice terrace, garden and a pool. The appartment is very clean and comfortable. Esential cooking equipment is available. The dinner prepared by the hosts was delicious, a real taste of Tuscany. The hosts were kind and helpful.

Everything was really nice House is clean and warm with an outdoor sitting area and indoor fireplace. Kitchen is well equiped with all necessary stuff. Bedroom is ok to accommodate 4 adults. Really close to Florence

Loved the view, the walks in the area, its so beautiful! The owners are very kind and helpful. We got into an accident on the way and they were very empathetic, which lessened the stress of the whole ordeal. The kitchenette is well stocked and the entire stay was comfortable

The room was very clean and everything was new. The owner was very helpful about anything. I checked-in around 20.00 and I didn’t have any problem because the owner explained everything with details. He was so kind and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, there are a lot of bars and restaurants and touristic places.

Sylvia was a great host, the location for us was perfect, countryside with beautiful views. We rented a car in Italy, which we used to drive between cities, not in them, so for Sylvia's place we drove 5 minutes to the free parking in the local town and used the affordable bus service to Florence, about 40 minutes into the city.
