Wonderful, kind and welcoming staff. Had recommendations for parking, places to eat, things to see. Wonderful location in an 18th century palazzo. Walking distance to many resturants and not too far away from some beaches. Room was always clean and had a nice jacuzzi style bathtub. 10% discount at the resturant Komera - and it was delicious!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Maria Pia. The location was excellent, just a 15 minute walk to the city center. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served at a lovely family-run café in the city center, which was a great way to start the day. A special mention to our host, Vito, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating with all our needs. We would also like to thank the lovely lady who cleaned our room. She was so kind and did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless. Her care and attention were greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this B&B and would happily stay here again.

I honestly loved everything about this place. It was super clean and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. The room had everything we needed, which made the stay really comfortable. The host also left small notes around that were incredibly helpful and made everything easy to navigate. The room itself is a cute, small space but very cozy and comfortable. The location is great as well. I would definitely stay here again!

- It's a fancy, authentic-looking place with nice colours. - Excellent internet connection via an optic cable. - There is a rack to dry clothes after the beach, though it was hidden away in the kitchen. - very quiet location for undisturbed sleep. - The host provides taralli and other snacks. - Excellent organization of waste sorting.

We like Masseria Santa Teresa so much, our stay was excellent. Perfect location, quiet, great food. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment in a great location. Easy walk to old town. Also easy to park on local streets.

I had the most wonderful stay. Immaculately clean accommodation, in a beautiful location very close to the cathedral. Antonio and Rosa went out of their way to ensure my stay was delightful. The roof terrace was stunning and gave great views over the historic town.

Lovely little space in the heart of the old town. Facilities were a little rudimentary but perfectly serviceable for our needs. They kindly allowed us to store luggage after check out.

The best B&B I stayed with in South of Italy. Best location in Monopoli. Fully equipped with nice rooms, plenty of space and breakfast included offered at the lovely rooftop. The hosts are super nice and helpful and dealing with them was very easy
