Great and very bright apartment, nicely decorated and furnished, spacious with a wonderful seaview. Everything needed in the kitchen , bedroom, bathroom, living room... Wifi worked very well as well. Everything perfectly clean. The owner was extremely quick to answer and gave great directions-instructions to find the place with pictures sent to us in advance.

Everything! First the AMAZING stuff that pamperd us, such incredible peaople. Then the Unbelievable view. This place is so clean! Each day the room got cleaned. The food and colture-WOW!! The owners are Chef Lorenza which is so talented and kind, and Mario who are a Sommelier who really knows about his wine! Ispani is so quiet and calm but so close to the beach and to so many cool attractions and pleaces! Can you belive that all of that great experience happend with NO Common language. We are not Italian speakers, but all the affort that Mario, Lorenza and the lovely stuff did to make us feel at home prooved that kindness is an international language. So thank you so much! The rooms were comfortable and welcoming. The location is close enough to town, but far enough for some peace and quiet. It’s also situated on a hillside, so there are wonderful views of the mountains; as well as, sea. The proprietor is warm, welcoming and great for local information.

Quite location in general, clean, beautiful view of the sea and mountains, good wifi. Friendly owner, equiped with needed basics. Good if you are with a car. We stayed with oir dog with no problems, so happy for that.

Great location close to family. In the heart of Poli Castro. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The apartment has AC units in every room and a fireplace.

We are a family of 5 and spent here 3 nights. The apartment self is simple but it was fully equipped, spotlessly clean, amenity kit in the bathroom (plus washing machine!) and a huge terrace to enjoy breakfast or a sun downer. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh made pizza, homemade jam and organic tomatoes, coffee capsules and our kids even got ice cream by Fulvio and his wife. Such a lovely welcome. They were also available by phone and responded quickly if we had any questions. The place is in walking distance to the station, two supermarkets and about 10-15 min to the beach side. You gonna pass three ice cream shops so it's a pleasant walk :-) People mentioned it's noisy surrounding... Well, it's not far from the church and streets are in front of the house but we didn't feel disturbed at all. It is an Italian village so you should rather expect some lively atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay in Policastro very much and would love to come back sometime again. Grazie mille to Fulvio and his wife.

The location is perfect! The beach is very convenient for swimming and morning runs. Different types of shops are very close to the apartment. In general the apartment is well designed and equipped!
