Great location, wonderful staff, charming city

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and great amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool area and indoor play area was perfect to entertain our boys. Breakfast buffet was great. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. A true gem.

The stuff was great! Room were very specious. And there was a great sauna in the hotel. Location is also very good. Close to skiing center.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Sterzinger Mood in Vipiteno. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, with breathtaking views that made waking up each morning a pleasure. The location was ideal — peaceful yet perfectly situated to explore the town. Breakfast was a real highlight: a delicious continental spread that was fresh and beautifully presented. The service truly stood out as well. Sonja at reception was incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast team was equally kind and attentive. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcome, which added so much to the overall experience. For the quality of the stay, the price was very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Schallerhof. The apartment is absolutely beautiful — cosy, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, combining traditional Alpine charm with modern comfort. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by nature with breathtaking views over the mountains. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to Sterzing to explore the area easily. What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed. You can tell that the farm and the apartment are cared for with a lot of love and attention to detail. A perfect place to slow down, enjoy nature and simply relax. We would happily come back and can wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️

Alp‑Hof Apartments is truly a gem we were lucky to discover. This is exactly how you want to be introduced to Southern Tirol - a beautiful, historical building with 500‑year‑old frescos, paired with modern European comfort and style inside. The views are incredible, and the spacious green lawn in front is perfect for relaxing or playing while taking in the Alpine scenery. The hosts were wonderfully welcoming and helpful from the very start. We’re already looking forward to coming back and experiencing it all again.
