Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed, easy access, parking, will stay again.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to downtown. Breakfast was very good. Staff is amazing. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and well taken care of.

The breakfast bar is one of the best I have ever seen. Amazing fitout generally.

Spa was great. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean

The staff were very kind and helpful

I liked everything about it the staff the location They have an excellent walking the extra mile for the customers. Thanks for all the staff

Everything about Steindls met our expectations and more! Very nice and spacious room and bathroom. Great private terrace for relaxation. Nice bar with a huge selection of drinks. Seriously delicious breakfast! By far the best, we have ever had in a hotel! Walking distance to Vipiteno. Cute town with great restaurants!

We only stayed one night, on our way south. The rooms was as expected, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner we great. And free parking onsite.

It was clean. Rooms were an ok size, not the biggest, but not Europe small either.

We were given a small apartment with a sauna !!!! Great surprise for us . Breakfast was amazing with so many choices even for a vegetarian like me . All the wonderful ladies at the Hotel both during breakfast services and the reception were extremely friendly and gave great options for sightseeing & eating out .The Active Card (Sudtirolmobil )given gratis by the Hotel was very helpful and we were able to go off to Bressanone and Bolzano for day trips using the train & buses for free during our stay. The only hitch ( no problem of the Hotel though) was the fruit flies which can be extremely annoying . I would go back to Vipiteno & Hotel Sole in a Heart beat .

The room is big and warm, the location is nice

Good facilities and Excellent services and off course the location

Huge apartment right on the main street in Sterzing. You feel like you live there - so comfortable you barely want to go out!

This hotel remains the best for me in the area, second year in a row we are here. Rooms are renovated, staff is super hospitable, breakfasts are great, but as always cherry on the top is dinner, so half board is a must here. Chef is amazing and surprises you with amazing dishes every day. Great location, a lot of interesting places around.

Excellent service, outstanding breakfast (especially the fresh honeycomb!), afternoon desserts/tea were an unexpected treat -- spacious and comfortable room. A delightful stay! Close to Vipiteno for a visit, yet wonderful enough just to stay here for a few days with superb restaurants and spa.

Very cozy and lovely hotel The staff were helpful and kind They have free parking site They offer bikes free rides

Beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and great amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool area and indoor play area was perfect to entertain our boys. Breakfast buffet was great. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. A true gem.

Amazing breakfast and staff was very helpful

Our room was big, with a separate living room and a kitchenette. Everything looked new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, even with a dishwasher. You get everything you need to feel comfortable. The spa is wonderful, with a sauna, a steam bath, and a relaxation area. And don't forget the breakfast, which was excellent with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay in Vipiteno! The apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable for our family. Everything was exactly as described, and the location was perfect – just a short walk to the beautiful old town while still being peaceful and quiet. The private parking was a huge advantage, and our host was incredibly kind, friendly and always quick to respond. We especially appreciated the flexibility with our extra night, which made our road trip much easier. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vipiteno!

Huge room. Couch and chairs included and lots of cabinet space if you were staying Long. On site restaurant and bakery were fantastic, as was breakfast the next morning

Everything was excellent! Great room, great location, great restaurant, and super staff! We will stay at Nepomuk for our next Vipitemo stay!

This is such a great facility! The staff is super friendly, the location is fantastic and the amenities are great... plus they are very dog friendly! We stayed one night during the Christmas markets and although there were a lot of people we could not heat any noise. The hotel has a sauna and a 24hr coffee/tea area upstairs next to the panoramic terrace (Terrific views). The breakfast was superb, with eggs cooked to order and many local meats and cheeses.

Perfect location in the center of Sterzing. Modern and well-equipped apartment. The owners were friendly and accommodating. They run a restaurant called Vin Zenz a few doors down had great food and an extensive wine list. Sterzing Card is included during summer months and gives you free regional bus and train transport as well as free entry to most museums in all of Südtirol.

The staff were very nice and had great customer service. The half board was worth it! Food was very good! The location was convenient as well. The spa area was a nice addition and had more options that we were anticipating.

Very comfortable hotel. nice and cozy.
