Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and kind, the vibe of the building is just amazing, always feels heavenly here. The facilities are top notch with a clean gym and laundry service. Connectivity to stations is excellent and food delivery is very convenient as well.

This was hands out the best hotel in Japan I've ever had the chance to stay at! The hotel itself is so beautifully designed. We loved the grey and wood tons, as well as the artwork. Level 2 where the reception, lounge area and library are, is very large and relaxing. The bedroom is a great size for Japan. We loved the bathroom with the nice big shower. The beds were super comfy. The staff was very polite, professional and friendly. The location was great for sightseeing and shopping. We liked the nearby location of a Family Mart for snacks as we opted out of breakfast to be able to sleep in till noon. I cannot wait to go back to Osaka to stay at that hotel again. I recommend 100000%

Fantastic location in the heart of Dontonbori. Extremely quiet and clean, the room we stayed in was both functional and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the massage chairs, pool tables and free drinks in the communal areas. Highly recommend
