We really enjoyed the staff (Rodrigo) as they were very helpful and even the two who didn’t speak any English were always very friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The WIFI was the best we’ve ever had in Mexico hotels. The pool was cleaned twice a day and gets lots of sun! The location was perfect for us because we had a car but a lot of people just walked and they have a great parking lot.

The little cabanas were so cute and clean and the a/c worked great. The fact that it’s right on the water with a dock to hang out on and free use of kayaks is perfect. Such a great place to relax and unwind.

We really appreciated our stay in Bacalar. The hosts were really friendly and kind, the whole place was great to relax. The room was nice and clean. The nearby area was okay, just a few minutes from the city center by car. Highly recommend!
