Comfy beds. Quiet location yet supermarket and train station (easy to get to Valkenburg and Maastricht without a car) within short distance. Very well equipped and comfortable. Host helpful and available when needed but not intrusive. Nice and light rooms with a sunny sheltered terrace. Cycle routes very good from this location. Hope to return.

The property is located in a quiet area but also close to nice spots like Valkenburg. Possibility to park at the property. Very clean and comfortable, host super nice. Even if not included the host provided a nice breakfast for the first morning, very appreciated. Great balcony, protected from rain and wind.

The property is located on a main road but quiet area, a few minutes drive from the main square. We stayed here to celebrate New Year's Eve in Valkenburg. When we arrived, Koos introduced himself. He was very friendly and insisted on helping us with our luggage. He brought us to our room which was clean and spacious. There was a cozy, blue sofa in the intimate living room. Within that space, there's the toilet/powder room completely detached from the bath/shower which was located in the bedroom area. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well here during our 3-night stay.

The Boutique Villa de Proosdij is a place that can offer a unique experience. The room was very cosy and spacious. During breakfast we had the chance to hear the husband of the owner playing the piano. The owner is very attentive and friendly.

A well equipped house with a modern and spacious bathroom. The outdoor tub is fun. Beds are very comfortable.

This apartment was extremely comfortable. Good bed, very nice shower/bath. We cooked breakfast and few meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The hosts are fantastic, we were received with an apricot cake, traditional from the area. The flat is 5 minutes walk from the train station so very convenient to explore the surroundings. Not too far from the flat there is a vegetable shop which sells meat, eggs, wine, biscuits.

Very comfortable space with a full size kitchen for a big family. Good and secure parking. Just a few minutes from the city center.
