Location is good, close to a couple cafes and restaurants. Also i think it is a good value for 4 because it has 2 separate rooms. The parking is available for free but it is 3-4mins away.

The property had all the possible utensils you can imagine. You can easily cook there. The beds are very comfortable, the views are incredible. There are several terraces in the house, so you can enjoy fantastic views while drinking coffee. Ivan - the host was very hospitable, we found a home-made liqueur for us and a bottle of wine with crackers - such a pleasant small surprise. Ivan was available over WhatsApp for any questions and was ready to help. The place has a comfortable parking slot, in case you come by car. Not far from the property itself, there is a sand beach and natural swimming pools, we managed to swim there in May. Finally, the property has the washing machine and a dryer in case you want to use it for laundry. Loved our stay there and definitely will be booking again for our next trip in Seixal.

Good location, nice spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. This is one of the 3 hotels under one brand, which gives you accesses to plenty other facilities and nice services. I loved spending time here, enjoying coffee while overlooking the natural pools with waves crashing the stones - perfect morning routine! The staff is helpful and very friendly, always ready to help you.

The pictures do not do the property justice, it’s an amazing place to stay, from the moment you walk in the door you feel cozy in a very spacious setting. And the staff, they were all just wonderful, specially Margerida at front desk. Also, it’s a great location to do some exploring in the area and it’s near to different hiking trails (by car).

Lovely home with a great location for visiting Sao Vicente, PR16 walk and a local vineyard. We really enjoyed using the balcony in our room, the shared kitchen/dining area, and an evening sitting outside having dinner followed by using the hot tub! The room was comfortable with everything you needed, and a spacious bathroom. We were also lucky enough to meet the hosts who were absolutely lovely.

Self catered breakfast, with all ingredients provided by the hosting staff (including daily fresh bread, yoghurt, fruit, variety of diary products. Each day, new refill. Amazing staff, making all the effort to make you feel at home, and making sure you have a comfortable stay. Just an amazing place on the north side of the island to spend your holiday. Highly recommended!

    Everything was fantastic. Location perfect. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast and great value for money. Beds very comfortable. Housekeeper Natalia was really lovely and helpful. Easy parking behind the house or at the beach. Short walk to beautiful black sand beach. Sol e mar restaurant v close with fabulous food. Club Naval Bar at the beach was super fun and staff friendly.

    The old wine stores is a lovely character property that is filled with charm. Seixal, as a location is ideal to explore the north coast of Madeira and the central location of the property only added to its charms. The housekeeper, Natalie, looked after the house and breakfasts with much grace and serenity and is a real asset to the place. A true lay delightful place to stay.
