It is much brighther and more spacious than in the photos. The view from the bedroom and living room is amazing. The apartment is spotless clean and modern. It has everything you need. There’s even a rooftop balcony with evev more unobstructed views. The hosts are really kind and warm, they even left some wine and cokies for us as a welcome treat. Thank you so much, we had an amazing time!

Victor and his family were very kind and communicative. We arrived about 15-20 min early and Victor's dad showed us around the place and was super kind. They were also kind enough to save us a parking spot right in front of the house. Parking can get pretty crazy around there with all the people trying to get to the beach. Luckily, after we parked we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in the area. Great location!

The property had all the possible utensils you can imagine. You can easily cook there. The beds are very comfortable, the views are incredible. There are several terraces in the house, so you can enjoy fantastic views while drinking coffee. Ivan - the host was very hospitable, we found a home-made liqueur for us and a bottle of wine with crackers - such a pleasant small surprise. Ivan was available over WhatsApp for any questions and was ready to help. The place has a comfortable parking slot, in case you come by car. Not far from the property itself, there is a sand beach and natural swimming pools, we managed to swim there in May. Finally, the property has the washing machine and a dryer in case you want to use it for laundry. Loved our stay there and definitely will be booking again for our next trip in Seixal.

It's just an incredible place! I will be honest, the hotel looks very simple, but as soon as we entered our room we were enamoured and enchanted! We had a balcony overlooking the ocean which was incredibly close, we had the opportunity to not only watch the raging waves but also listen to the sound of the ocean all night long! We purposely left the balcony open at night, if you close it the konata would be quiet. The konata is great! The bed is incredibly large and comfortable, we were greeted with a welcome bottle of sparkling wine which was very nice. The room had a nice bathroom with everything we needed. The water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast, not a big buffet, had everything we needed. I had boiled eggs at my request and the staff were polite. On my birthday they brought me a cake with a candle. The view from the restaurant was also unforgettable on the ocean.

Really tastefully decorated room, nice and spacious, bathroom too, thoroughly cleaned every day. Very friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful rooftop pool area, relatively small but somehow not crowded, perfect for relaxing. Overall, a very pleasant seaside hotel.
