The location was perfect, offering a serene escape while still being conveniently near the city. The fact that it was pet-friendly was a huge plus, as we could bring our furry friend along. Our host, Helena, was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. I experienced a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital, and Helena wrote me and assist me during this challenging time. Before arriving, we got a message from our host giving us tips on what to do, where to eat, and what to see not only in Trafaria but also in Lisbon. Location is superb if you don't mind not being in the city centre. The ferry is a 3 minute walk, and you spend 20 minutes on the ferry to get to the Lisbon city centre. Outside was gorgeous too. The location was good as you're so close to the boat to Belem, and the beach bars at Praia de São João were AMAZING. The restaurant, A Taberna, was excellent too.
