Perfect location and price point to tour Lago Coatepeque, El Tazumal, Cerró Verde, Volcán Ilametepec (Santa Ana Volcano) and Salto de Malacatiupán all within 30-60 minutes away from the property. The host was very attentive. Def recommend!

Such a nice casa to stay. Clean and good. Very good and helpful family, good location. The local bus to the volcano just pass two street near this casa. Very good kitchen and good everything. I stayed 5 nights and i like here so nice

The hostel is in a great location. It very close to many different restaurants (amazing pupusas!!), a natural spring pool is just a 5 minute walk away, and the main town square is a 15 minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe and the hostel owner (Nelson) is a super cool chill dude. He does a free walking tour which I highly recommend to get acquainted with the area. He also has the cutest dog named Bush! It was such a treat getting to know them while staying at the hostel. The hostel kitchen is also well equipped and I also loved that you are able to do your own laundry here in the washing machine. I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything. I booked a bed in a dorm but ended up alone with the whole dorm room and bathroom for 3 nights. As someone who can't sleep if it's hot, it was an absolute blessing to end up with two powerful pedestal fans in the dorm room all to myself. I slept like a baby on all 3 nights. This is the ideal place to get some rest before or after long days at the volcano and ruta de Flores. And everything worthwhile in the main town was at best a 5 minute walk away. Including the best ever pupusas ( Pupuseria La Ceiba) and coffee (Cadek cafe). But, most importantly, Luis, the host, was beyond amazing. Like all reviews before mine suggest, he goes above and beyond to ensure that you have no trouble with anything at all while you stay here. Possibly one of the kindest and nicest hosts I've ever had in my 8+ years of travels. Staying here felt like sharing the home with locals while still having personal space. I really enjoyed my time here. Would definitely stay again.

It was so nice, it was clean, the staff was great. Comfortable room, air conditioning, privet bathroom.

The staff was really nice (Marvin and Nestor!). Breakfast was great. The whole place looked very nice and clean. On saturdaynight there was a tour organised to a beerbrewing company. We booked the big family room which was really nice.

In April '24 the apartments seemed to be more or less brand new. They had everything you might need and it was very clean. The entrance seems a bit weird, because there is also a casino, but it was a really lovely stay. Friendly staff that gave us tips and recommendations, quiet and in good walking distance to everything you might need. The kitchen has a big fridge, freezer and even a blender. The AC was doing a goob job, not being too cold or loud. Nice chairs to sit outside and having a drink. It was a great stay, can highly recommend it and would stay there again!

Great location and few blocks back from the main centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Car park on site. Room was very spacious and modern and clean. Breakfast was good with multiple choices.
