EVERYTHING! Great staff and atmosphere, great facilities, including gym, pool and spa. Clean, spacious, comfortable room with plenty of Thai Fight amenities. Nice and easy location with beaches nearby. Wonderful breakfast with an amazing view overlooking the sea. The hotel is one of a kind and the staff went above and beyond. We were sad to leave and hope to return. Hands down, best hotel in Koh Samui.

Our experience at The Rock in Koh Samui was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from the accommodation is truly breathtaking – waking up to that stunning beachfront felt like a dream. It honestly looks like something out of heaven! The room itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought goes into every detail here. A special shoutout to Chow, who made our stay even more memorable. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth added so much value to our trip – she truly goes above and beyond for guests, and we’re so grateful for her presence throughout our stay. Amazing accommodation! Room comfortable & clean with such a beautiful view. Just steps away from Crystal Bay which looks exactly like the pictures. Massage & restaurant on site. The breakfast is fantastic. Our biggest call out though are the staff - outstanding. So friendly, accommodating and helpful - they honestly made our trip. You will not regret staying here!

The rooms are super clean. The rooms are big. The staff is amazing. We felt very welcomed there and they helped us with everything they could. The location is very close to the beach and main street. Room service brought us everything we needed in minutes. Thank you for all the Centara hotel. Especially 2 girls in the front desk, za, nate. You are good people.
