Room was clean, beds comfortable, and the facility was nice.

Everything. It was a nice experience for our family. It was me, my husband and our two boys.

It was not on main strip, quieter there. Beautiful new facility!

Close to the island and Mel’s dinner.

I can't say enough great things about Black Fox Lodge! I'm truly grateful for lodging accommodations that are NOT pet friendly. This is like trying to find Atlantis these days but thank you, Black Fox Lodge for clean, pet-free accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The building is pretty pristine and smells fresh and clean. It's convenient to all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and easy to get in and out of. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it!

Clean Friendly staff Location

Super easy check-in and Keith was so helpful. Loved the fire place and sitting on the balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was good but not consistent.

Everything was great the check in the room was clean and comfortable all the staff was friendly front desk the staff cleaning the room I have actually have stayed there two different times and would stay the next time

I liked that there was a spa tub and fireplace in the room. Location was great. It was quiet, bed was comfy. Staff were all pleasant and friendly. It is in walking distance of shopping, The Old Mill. Great location. I would stay again.

Absolutely loved the private balcony, the river view. Quiet peaceful. But also close enough to walk to town. Sitting on the balcony in morning seeing Eagle in tree by the river and then he was joined by his mate it was so beautiful. May never see that again so that was awesome. Along with the ducks in the river every morning. The quiet peaceful nights resting on balcony . Clean rooms . Great location. My sister and myself enjoyed our stay . The location was great and easy to access from either side of the parkway. The rooms are updated from previous stays and very comfortable for the price. The rooms were clean with a nice sized fridge for food.

I liked location and loved the flooring instead of carpet

This is an older property but it was clean and close to shopping, food and other activities. Even though it was an older property it is perfect for the price and location. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The lady at the front desk is always so nice and welcoming! She even remembered us from our previous stay here. We have been using this hotel for a few years now, and we will always come back! Good value for the money! Close to the strip, and all the attractions/restaurants.

The rooms were plain but very clean. There was both an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a kid’s pool outdoors. Although some of the appliances looked a bit dated, they worked as expected. Staff was friendly and accommodating to requests for extra towels, blankets, etc. They also cheerfully accommodated our last minute request for a handicap accessible room. Hotel stay included full, hot breakfast, and also had grab and go options like bagels, muffins, fruit, etc. Great location. Hotel was convenient to restaurants and entertainment. A couple of restaurants were just steps away from the hotel.

We just got home and ready to go back! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The style of the hotel lobby was so beautiful and lots of seating. The pool was fun to swim in and hot tub was nice after a long day of walking. The fire pit was great to gather around and we also enjoyed the movies each night. Popcorn was a great touch. Breakfast every morning was very nice and they kept up with refreshing pans well. Plenty of parking and a great location. You can walk to the strip if you wanted. Rooms where nice. We loved the shower, great water pressure. Nice large tvs and very handy black out curtains.

Clean room, friendly staff. This is our second stay here and it was great both times. Rooms are good size, we could actually pass each other walking. Bathroom was a bit small but it was no problem. Love the location. The lady in the breakfast room was exceptional, tending to everyone’s needs. Will stay at this property again.😊
