Fantastic location within walking distance of the stampede as well as the main road with restaurants /shops etc. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the river but even if facing and also out front an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help and went out of their way to help with advice on how to get to places.

For the price I really can't complain, it was really comfortable and the staff were really friendly. We didn't even realise till we landed that we had a balcony and there was a pool & hot tub which was a great addition. We had an amazing stay at Arbors. On arrival the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and could not do enough to help us. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. We had a Jet Tub in the room, which was greatly appreciated after long days sight seeing. The breakfast included at Reagan's Pancake house was lovely and for $6 could be upgraded to their buffet, which was great. There were always hot and cold drinks, fruit and donuts available next tot the reception and we enjoyed these on our way out and in, a really nice touch. All in all we would have no hesitation in recommending Arbors and we will return in the futrue.

Very little. There was no coffee in the room although two coffee makers. I had to get dressed and run down about a city block outside to reception to get a cup of coffee which was cold by time I got back and waited for elevator!!
