I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Lugano and just a short walk to Piazza della Riforma, the charming Christmas markets, and the main shopping district. Being right next door to the funicular/cable car to the train station made arrival and departure incredibly easy. The food was a highlight. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety of continental and English options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. We also had a very good dinner at the restaurant. The hotel had a lovely festive vibe, but what truly stood out was the service. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend!

As before everything was exceptional - from the atmosphere, furniture, cleanliness, location to the amazing hosts which there to help and accomodate our needs every step of the way. The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! The location is ideal: quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Her warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back next time!

Probably the best stay of my 10-day road trip through Italy and Switzerland. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment is warm, quiet, fully equipped, and conveniently close to the center. I would happily stay here again — highly recommended!

Spacious lounge and dining, delightful kitchen, stocked with essentials. Large balcony with comfortable furniture to relax on and soak in the super view over Lugano, the lake and the mountains.
