The property is comfortable ,nice , modern , furnished , easy to access, to our our suite by elevator, and I like the luggage room which is well organized inside the building basement ,the suite has every thing we need in the kitchen from the spoons to plate sett, which is includes also,dishwasher,refrigerator, freezer ,in addition to a very good brand of washing machine , moreover, I like the location of the property where there are many shops and restaurants among residential area , near educational establishments such as schools and universities, also , its a steps away from the river where I enjoyed walking beside the river , I highly recommend it .

The staff was absolutely amazing! In addition to the hotel being historic and beautiful, the staff went above and beyond. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates. That was in addition to the bottle of wine they gave us upon arrival to welcome us to their beautiful hotel.

This was the only property we stayed at in Switzerland with AC thank goodness. It was also in a good central location in Lugano. The room was very clean and comfortable and also the beds were wonderful and we slept very well. Self check-in was easy and efficient and the hosts were responsive. We were able to get to Valle Verzasca from this location which took about 1.5 hours. 100% recommend!!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was exactly as described, if not better! The location is ideal: quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. The house was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Her warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back next time!

Probably the best stay of my 10-day road trip through Italy and Switzerland. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment is warm, quiet, fully equipped, and conveniently close to the center. I would happily stay here again — highly recommended!

The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome.
