Andrew communicated quickly within his business hours (time delay because of time zones) and thoroughly. When I met him at the hotel he was no less help! Frankly, Andrew and his staff were the nicest hotel staff in my whole month of Egypt and there was no hustling when I was coming and going throughout my stay; they were kind and professional asking me how my day went and if they could recommend anything. I contacted them early in order to arrange a driver to visit the sites around the city and Andrew set me up with George who was a wonderful driver and helped me navigate my way around the sites; George even brought me to several pyramids tourists don't typically visit! My only wish about this stay is that Minya were a greater tourist destination!
