The hotel is really new and modern. It has super chill and relax vibe to it. Both of the pools are great and there is always space where you feel like there is not many people and there is always nice music. Hotel has also a basketball court that we quite enjoyed to use it. The restaurant on top in the evening serves amazing japanese food. Breakfast was also exquisite and has everything and more. In the rooms there is also an option to connect your phone to TV and you can watch anything you want like Netflix, Youtube, Spotify,… There are also several water dispensers around the hotel where you can easily refill your water bottle for drinking.

Kora Nivaria Beach, a property with an open-air bath and massage services, is situated in Abades, 400 metres from Abades Beach, 24 km from Golf del Sur, as well as 34 km from Aqualand. Private parking is available on site. The apartment features an infinity pool with a fence, as well as a hot tub and full-day security. The apartments had fully equipped kitchens and the hotel complex itself offered much in a cafe, pools, gym and bar. It was also great that there was plenty of spaces of free parking surrounding the complex. Although Abades is on a windier side of the island, this allowed for the wind to provide perfect ventilation for the rooms (we are no fans of air-conditioning), since the summer days are very warm. We highly recommend the place if you are planning to explore the island and have a rental car. If the beach nearby is too windy to enjoy, the beaches on the usually non-wind side of the island by Playa de las Americas are only 25 min drive from the hotel. It also helped that the airport was only a 15 minute drive hence when we had to leave for a morning flight back we could get there and return our rental car easily. The staff were the hotel’s best trait however. They were all extremely kind and helpful during our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment was within the Compostela beach resort. The location was absolutely perfect for us, close to all amenities. Right on the beach doorstep and various shopping areas and supermarkets. The apartment itself was modern and clean with everything you would need for a stay. We had two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The balcony was large, overlooking the pool and pleasant in the evenings. I would definitely come again to these apartments. There isn't air conditioning which we knew of before we arrived, however it is easy to rent a unit.

Location, nature, rooms, it is very clean, we will come back.

I was a bit skeptical when they were asking for payment via their link but all was good. 👍 You can watch the sunset from your room or by the pool with tasty drink. Room is minimalistic but has everything you need. Staff is very friendly. There are free outdoor workout classes (pilates, yoga,…) few days a week in the morning with very good instructor Carla. Plenty of tasty food to choose from every day. Nice beach in a walking distance. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.
